Curtis has been on staff with Young Life for the past 12 years serving as the Area Director for Western Loudoun. Curtis leads the Purcellville Young Life team and oversees all ministry in Western Loudoun.

Michael came on staff in Western Loudoun in August of 2024. Michael leads the Leesburg Young Life team, serving high school students in Leesburg.
